PVM and 360° Safety Connect Instructions

Seeing that there are many friends on the forum who are interested in our 360° Safety and PVM ,but don't know how to use it, we will explain this feature in detail in this article.

1.Make sure that your car model is TS10/TS18 and Check if the software is produced by DOFUN.

If the car model matches but does not have a Dofun 360 solution installed, you can contact our customer service by telegram to help you solve it.

View the software manufacturer process：
a.Turn on 360° Safety, open Settings, and click on "General setting".

b.Click "software" to see if the software is provided by our company.

2.open your Carmate app and click on "PVM".

3.Check whether the car machine is connected, if it is not connected, you can click here to connect.

If you don't have 360° Safety installed in your car, the following prompt will be displayed.

4.After the PVM is successfully connected to 360° safety, the page is displayed as the picture below.The status of the record is displayed as Recording.

If 360° Safety is offline on the vehicle, it will be displayed as "off line".

4.Click the play button, the 360° Safety on the car will automatically push the stream, and the PVM will receive the 360° Safety video in real time.
