I bought the SuperBox in November last year, and it worked perfectly for detecting and clearing vehicle fault codes. I was also a big fan of the previous, cool-looking dashboard style, even though I didn’t use it very frequently.

In March this year, I learned that the Dashmate‘s interface had been completely upgraded. Coincidentally, my car had a fault code at the time, so I plugged it in to clear it. However, this time it couldn’t detect the fault code at all — even though it used to detect it without any problem before.

I’ve already reported the issue to the customer support team, and they are aware of it. Now I’m just waiting for future updates to fix the problem and hopefully improve the overall experience.
